Vision Speakers
What and who are Vision Speakers? A Vision speaker is someone who can help an organisation define and focus the Vision of the organisation, so that it can be understood, appreciated and accepted by the people within the organisation and also by the outside world.
The vision of an organisation is also closely tied with its image and branding. A great example of this is BMW and their message that they produce the Ultimate Driving Machine. This makes it clear that this is their vision of what the company wants to do, and also strengthens their image and branding.
The Vision of an organisation should be very clear and concise to everyone, both inside and outside the organisation. A vision speaker will help you focus the clarity of your vision.
Getting the vision right for a company can be difficult, unless you truly understand what the business is about, the values of the company and what it wants to achieve, not necessarily in financial terms. Understanding from an external expert how to define or redefine a vision that spearheads the corporate values of an organisation will be a very a very important step to take.
